Name: Yuffie Kisaragi

Hobbies: Dancing, singing, jujutsu, capoeira
History: Yuffie was born and raised in Fukuoka, Japan. Her family was a strict patriacrhy, and as such, she was placed into dance and music classes as soon as she had learned to walk and talk. Even with those classes, she was a hyperactive and brash little girl. After much begging, her father finally allowed her to begin learning jujutsu. It wasn't until Yuffie became a teenager that she started to truly rebel. She sought out a capoeira group and began to practice with them... when she wasn't honing her skills as a pickpocket and minor thief.

It was only after she graduated from high school that her father discovered her favorite past times, and grew quite angered with his only daughter. He sent her to San Francisco, hoping there would be less of a bad influence on her there. She was enrolled in Mishima University and put up in Reikai Condominiums, and she decided to major in dance with a minor in sports medicine (in case she ever hurt herself). She's found that if she's busy, she feels less of an urge to steal, which is the reason for her packed schedule: Other than taking a part-time job as a dancer and sometimes DJ at Strich-9, she's active in the music and theater departments, and is almost undoubtedly the most excitable member on the dance team.
